Camping
While we where there and it was raining we played cards. My parents taught Devon how to play rummy and he loves it now. These are the days I know he will cherish for years to come.
Here are some new little ones that were down by the lake.
Then when it was not raining, we all had to try out Devon's electric scooter....
My Dad
Brad
and of course me.
How can I not have a picture of little Chandler, so here you go.
I wished I was off from work Monday, and Devon was out of school we would be going again this weekend. We have plenty more weekends to come though, and I can't wait!!

Customer Service
At the end of last week my GE Washer, which I had only had for 14 months decided it would die! Oh how stressed I was, I thought it was something simple to fix and come today I would have it back to work. Boy was I wrong, we had a service man come out and he proceeds to let us know that the motor gone. WHAT?? Did I hear you right? This expensive piece of equipment which I had only had 14 months was tore up. He said let me find out what the motor will run you and you call me back later. In the mean time, I call GE, I was greeted by a very nice lady who took my model number, and serial number, and proceeded to tell me when I bought the washer, and tell me that it was out of warranty. I told her that I had a service man look at it and told me that I needed a new motor. She looked up the motor to give me the cost, and when she told me I thought that I would fall out of my chair, $263.00. After talking with her, trying to keep my cool because I know it's not her fault it's tore up or out of warranty. After pleading my case to her and her listening to me, she proceeds to tell me that she will send me a motor, I just need to pay someone to install it.
Now tell me that is not top of the line customer service!
As my husband said this make me want to make sure next time I have to spend my hard earned money on an appliance, I will choose GE! Next time you are out looking to buy some new appliances, take a look at the GE appliances they have to offer, you want be sorry.
Thank you GE for giving me great customer service!

Oh My....
How would you like to win a Diamond Ring?
Who wouldn’t want to right? I have come across a great deal that SoKoBe.com. At SoKoBe.com they are giving away a SoKoBe diamond ring with a retail price of $4,600. They are also giving away ½ carat diamond stud earrings with a retail price of $1,400, and ½ carat diamond stud earrings with a retail price of $650.00.
How I would love to win a diamond ring, see I am a country girl, never really had any fancy jewelry. My husband and I got married young, very young and he could not afford a nice ring like this for me. Yea, it’s every girls dream to have your man to propose to you with this rock of a ring. I love my ring Brad gave me, and will always cherish it. It would be nice to have a ring like this to show off though.
The reasons I feel I deserve having a ring like this, is simply b/c like I said I got married really young at the age of 17, had my first child by the time I was 18. We have been married for 10 years, working our way to 11 years. Is that not enough of a reason? ;)
Brad and I have worked our butts off; and no one can tell us otherwise. In the time span that we have been together we have seen very hard times, and good times. We have a beautiful home, with two wonderful sons, all the things we need in life and want. We both work full time outside of the home to take care of our family. When I am not working outside the home I am always busy being a mom at home. Cooking, cleaning, and doing the things that never seem to end.
Now you say how can I win tell me more? All you have to do is write in 300 words or more on your own website as why you deserve to win a diamond ring from them. Then go to SoKobe.com and let them know you did it. Now how easy is that?
Good luck!

My Mind....
I tell you my mind has really went down hill since having Chandler. I have things in my mind one second that I need to do, then the next moment it's just gone. I find myself in the middle of doing something and stop and think what was I doing? Or I find myself going to do something, get in the room and think what in the heck am I in here for, then think of it later.
When I was pregnant with Chandler, I started to tell a difference in my memory, slowly forgetting to do things. Since having Chandler, it's got worse. I have read with each child that you have it gets worse.
My friend Jen tells me she calls it her "Mommy Brain". I guess that is the best way to describe it.
So for you moms out there what do you think? Do you think with each child it does get worse, or is it just a part of getting older?

Rain, Rain
Don't get me wrong, I know that we need the rain very badly. I can just remember summer before last how dry everything was and how badly we prayed for rain. So, I will not say the saying of " Rain, Rain go away and come back another day." Rain you can stay just come in the mornings while I am at work, I think that would be best. : )
